Shimmering Shamrock Green Mimosa

Add a festive twist to your St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, with this sparkling green mimosa recipe.

If you plan to take full advantage of St. Paddy’s Day celebrations, that might mean starting early with drinks! Sunrise beers might be frowned upon, but there is zero judgement when you have mimosas before breakfast.

Mimosas are one of my favorite ways to start the day! This green mimosa recipe features a simple twist on the classic mimosa recipe to give it some festive St. Patrick’s Day flair. There’s even a little extra sparkle, thanks to the addition of edible glitter. How fun is that?!

As most of us learned in elementary school, to get green, all you need to do is combine yellow and blue. I know we’re talking about an orange juice based drink here, but really…it’s pretty yellow, especially when combined with champagne.

Sparkling Green Mimosa Ingredients

Each bottle of champagne should get you roughly 5-6 servings depending on the size of your glasses.
