One of the things that I’ve appreciated most about living in Missouri, has been how much family time this assignment has afforded us. With there not being a whole lot to do in our general vicinity, we’ve found ourselves taking advantage of our time together at home.

Back in Kansas, the girls had a neighborhood full of friends to play with and there seemed to be plenty of things to do around Fort Riley. Here, not so much.
