Finding a New Babysitter + Sitter Notes Free Printable

I’ve complained about this before, but one of my least favorite tasks each time we move is finding a new babysitter for the girls. We have a military ball coming up next week (my dress comes today!!), which means the hunt has been on for someone at this new duty station to watch the girls.

There are a handful of ways to find a sitter in a new area, but usually, my preferred method is word of mouth. Luckily, when we moved into this new neighborhood, there were a handful of sitter options to choose from. We fell in love with the first girl why tried, who came recommended by our next door neighbor, but also happens to be friends with some of our closest friends.

Regardless of how good the sitter is, there’s usually a little bit of a learning curve with each new family. We’ve had our new sitter over a few times for a few hours at a time, so that everyone can casually start to get to know each other before sticking them together for 8 hours.

One thing that I always make sure to have on hand when bringing in a new sitter is a sheet with all the household basics on it. Kid info, parent info, house info, etc. Our sitter in Rhode Island absolutely loved the idea, so I’m sharing it again today!

I’ve previously shared my babysitter notes printable, but this is a fresh revamped version that looks better, in my opinion!
