Watermelon Peach Daiquiri

With the weather finally warming up, I can not wait to spend more time outside sipping on Watermelon Peach Daiquiris! These will be perfect for sipping poolside while we’re home in Miami.

I love an easy daiquiri recipe, and this recipe is just that! Some fruit, some alcohol, and blender are basically all you need to get this party started! This daiquiri is made with fresh lime, watermelon, and peaches, as well as clear rum and peach schnapps. Blend it all together for a lush frozen cocktail!

For the garnish, I used plain white granulated sugar. However, you could also use colored sugar (like fine sprinkles/sanding sugar) or raw sugar for a more natural look.

To rim the glasses: Pour a little sugar on a plate. Next, drag the juicy side of a lime slice along the top edge of the glasses all the way around so, that they’re wet. Then dip the edge carefully into the sugar. The sugar should stick perfectly to anywhere the lime juice is.

  5. Once everything is mixed and all of the ice is fully
    crushed, it’s ready!
  6. Pour the daiquiri into the rimmed glasses and garnish with a
peach slice, watermelon slice, and/or lime wheel.

Notes

Adding a sweetener like honey or agave nectar really evens out the flavor profiles but, you can skip this step if you wish.

Easy enough to make more batches after you’ve had a couple, right?!
