This & That
Ohh, heyy!
Fall break starts NOW and this mama is ready! Not waking up at 6:40 every morning will certainly be a welcomed treat! The cooler weather is back and I’m looking forward to spending some time outdoors with my munchkins.
I’m most excited about hanging out with old friends over the break! We’ll be attending an Oktoberfest party that is sure to be a shit show, in the best way possible! The girls will be see their little BFFs that we haven’t seen since the beginning of summer.
Next week I’ll also temporarily be taking down some of the fall decor, and putting up some spooky Halloween stuff. Or maybe not. Now that I glance around, everything I have up for fall seems to fit with my Halloween vision. There are a few crafts that I want to knock out, but the girls can probably help me make them next week.
Speaking of making things.. I made my first recipe video today! Actually, I ended up making two! Below is the mini preview, for a post that I have coming up this weekend!
I shot and edited both videos completely from my new iPhone 8! To say I’m impressed with the video would be an understatement! Not bad for a first try! Side note: this could probably have been done using any iPhone, and I’m actually not all that impressed with the new iPhone itself. If it wasn’t for having to switch cell carriers, I would have been content keeping my old iPhone.
I think that’s about it for now. No major plans this weekend, but we do have a soccer game and football game tomorrow. I’m hopeful that they won’t be as hot as the last two weekends.
