Snuggy Baby Ring Sling [Review]

Not too long ago, I was scrolling through some Facebook baby wearing pages and came to the realization that I desperately needed a ring sling. Up until recently, I was skeptical about using a ring sling, because how could two little rings and piece of fabic possibly keep my little one secure?!

Well, after see mama after mama with their beautiful ring slings, I knew that I had to have one. Luckily, right around this time, I was given the chance to try out a Snuggy Baby Ring Sling.

My first task, was to select the perfect ring sling for Juli and I. Snuggy Baby has plenty of gorgeous ring slings to pick from, and ultimately I chose the Turquoise & Coral Linen Banded Ring Sling Baby Carrier. I have a thing for coral!

The ring slings are one size, but uber adjustable, so they’re perfect for mamas and babies of all sizes! If I still had an itty bitty, this ring sling would be perfect for keeping her nice and snug on me. Even at Ju’s 20-something (maybe 30?) pounds, she can be worn safely and securely. These slings are on the wider side, so they’re fantastic for the larger babies. They’re also simple to use, which makes our Snuggy Baby ring sling the perfect choice for wearing Ju around the house, while I’m trying to work on chores.

As soon as my ring sling arrived, I was SO excited to start using it! It was even prettier than I was expecting- they offer so many pretty slings! The linen fabric is super soft, and the rings are nice and sturdy.

Now that I’ve perfected how to wear it, I can have Ju in and out of the sling in just a few second’s time. Although I swore I knew what I was doing from the get-go, it took watching their instructional DVD to get the most comfortable fit.

If you’re considering getting yourself a ring sling, I’d highly recommend a Snuggy Baby one! Not only do they sell carriers for babies and dolls, but they have cloth diapers and wet bags in adorable patterns as well!
