Chocolate Strawberry Banana Smoothies
Chocolate Strawberry Banana Smoothies are a fantastic way for the entire family to get a healthy helping of strawberries and banana!
One of the things I’ll miss most about Hawaii is the ability to enjoy the outdoors year-round. While my friends are posting photos of snow and ice on Facebook, we’re here on a tropical island, basking in the sunlight. No cabin fever for us, the girls are enjoying every moment they can outside.
Although the decision to get a trampoline for Christmas was a purely selfish one, I’m glad we got one. The girls have spent every single day since Christmas in our backyard bouncing around, and boy is it a great workout! I love that they can have so much fun, all while burning off energy and getting exercise!
With as much time as the girls spend outside playing, it’s important to me that I’m replenishing their little bodies with healthy snacks and meals. When it comes to snack time, I prefer to give the girls fruits or vegetables, which is why this fruit-packed smoothie is a favorite choice. It’s fairly easy to make, loved by all three little ladies, and is a healthy alternative that also keeps them cool.

Because Nesquik Powder has vitamins and minerals such as Iron, for healthy growth and development, and B vitamins that assist with creating and using energy, this mama loves Nesquik for her little ones. And the little ones seem to love the Nesquik too!
