Never Have I Ever…
Another weekend down. I can hardly believe that we’re already half way through August!
Let’s start this week off with a game, shall we? This one was a favorite in college. Often times paired with alcoholic drinks. For the sake of this blog, let’s keep it clean. Here we go..
Never Have I Ever…
Broken a bone: My laptop took a pretty nasty dive on to my toe last week. Given it’s purple color I was certain it was broken, but this week it feels back to normal. A broken toe wouldn’t heal that quickly, right?! Other than that, there haven’t been any close calls. Luckily!
Been SCUBA diving: My parents and brothers are certified, but me, nope! I was usually the outcast on the boat, but the fear of my lungs exploding greatly outweighed my wanting to catch a lobster. I don’t even eat lobster any way, so bow of the boat getting some sun is where you find me.
Had student debt: I got SO lucky on this one! Thanks to the state of Florida and their Bright Futures program (and my high school GPA and SAT score), 75% of my tuition was covered. Along with that, I had a scholarship from the school for the first year and a half. You know.. When my GPA was still pretty high.
Read a Harry Potter book: Don’t kill me for this one! I swear, I tried in seventh grade, but I honestly couldn’t get into it. I haven’t tried again since then. I have started kinda getting into the movies when they show the weekend marathons.
Received a ticket: I’ve somehow made it through life without any speeding or parking tickets. How? I don’t know.
Donated blood: It wasn’t up until my pregnancy with Veronica that I got over my fear of needles. Nothing like being poked constantly to get over your fear of being poked, huh? Since then, it feels like I’ve pretty much always been pregnant. Eventually I’ll give it a go.
Snuck into a movie: I’m a big ole wimp! Not even in high school was I brave enough to sneak into a movie that I hadn’t paid for. So no watching a second movie after my movie had ended, or even buying tickets for a certain movie then sneaking into that R-rated one that I really wanted to see.
