A Little Pick Me Up

These past few weeks have been brutal. After my grandfather passed away, I’ve just been kinda meh. I’m currently just looking forward to the next month passing by so that Johnster and I can go on our cruise. In the mean time, I resorted to a pick me up that always boosted my spirits back in college, underwear shopping. I’m not joking.

When I would have a crappy day at work or school, I would hit the mall and spend considerable amounts of money on bras and panties. After the shopping spree, it would feel like all was right again. I figured it wouldn’t hurt to give it a shot, but because I avoid shopping with my kids at all costs, I stuck to some interwebs shopping. Plus, it’s much easier to compare and pick through a huge selection online.

I know many of us prefer to stick to our tried and true favorites, but this time around I gave ThirdLove a shot. I just couldn’t say no to a high-quality product with so many five-star reviews. I chose undies and a bra that has quickly become my favorite. You know, the bra that you wear three days in a row..

Man! This is my new favorite bra for so many reasons! For starters, it clips in the front. No more struggling to clip and un-clip behind your back. And unlike most front-clip bras, this one has an adjustable band in the back. Another great feature are the removable straps. I usually have to keep the straps on for that extra lift, but it’s nice to be able to crisscross them in the back.

A nice feature that ThirdLove offers is it’s phone app that allows you to find your correct bra size. I was skeptical at first, but after trying it, I was completely blown away! It got it completely right! I had an idea what I needed to begin with, but after three babies, you never know!

As far as undies, I went with a microfiber thong. Boy, oh boy is it comfy! So soft and stretchy; perfect to wear under just about everything!
