Adri’s 4th Birthday Survey

When Veronica turned four, we started a little family birthday tradition. On birthdays, we do a little 20 question birthday survey along with a mini photo shoot. I saw the idea on Pinterest a while back, but I created my own version of the survey, since I didn’t care of all of the questions in the original.

The plan is to save all of the surveys and print out a photo from each birthday and create a cute little scrapbook when they’re 18 or 21 or something..

Until they run out of fingers, I love having them show me how old they are. I thought we might have to stop with the fingers at 10 years old, but 11-15 can just be one finger on one hand and the other fingers on the other hand. Duh, mom!
